Frank Aubuchon, MA, CCP Frank Aubuchon
is owner and principal of Aubuchon Associates, a full service provider for out-sourced Human Resource functions. Mr. Aubuchon
is a trained psychologist with more than twenty-five years of business experience in senior level positions in corporations,
government and higher education. Most recently he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Babson College and prior to that
he was senior director at NEBS, a world wide manufacturer and distributor of office products. He brings keen insight and a
practical hands-on approach to problem identification and resolution.
Mr. Aubuchon has worked on a wide range
of HR issues including: a Canadian pay equity plan for a major US Corporation, balanced score card sales compensation programs,
diversity initiatives, goal setting and performance alignment, team building and conflict resolutions to name a few. He initiated
a workforce renewal program focused on maintaining institutional knowledge while opening opportunities to bring in fresh ideas.
Along with Lawrence Associates, he created and disseminated a first ever comprehensive survey of Executive Compensation practices
in Higher Education for the greater Boston area.
Mr. Aubuchon received a Masters Degree in Psychology and Counseling
from Assumption College and is a Certified Compensation Professional with the World at Work organization. He has taught numerous
courses and seminars in employment law, affirmative action, diversity, and benefit and compensation practices. Mr. Aubuchon
has been a featured panelist at a NEHRA conference on the Americans with Disability Act, and both a panelist and presenter
at Southern New England College and University events. His competency based hiring and training program was selected for inclusion
in "best practice in Human Resources". He has completed assignments in the US, Canada and the UK.
